Meet a Team Member

Tennille Cilia, Head of Client Relations

What is your role, how do you interact with clients?

My role as Head of Client Relations is to work with our clients to ensure our services align with their workforce health, safety, and early intervention needs. I liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure client priorities are tailored into injury prevention, early intervention, and return to work solutions. I do this through regular strategic meetings, data reviews or even a coffee and an offline chat.

What is the ‘special sauce’ that you bring to your role and to Work Healthy Australia?

I have spent 20 years in roles dedicated to the health and wellbeing of workers. I have held roles in RTW, Workcover, safety, wellbeing and wearable safety technology which have provided me with a unique insight into all facets of the injury prevention and management process. I bring my passion and insights to continue this valuable work with Work healthy Australia.

What do you like most about your job?

My favourite part of the job is meeting people, making connections and learning about the organisations and businesses we’re helping. I enjoy collaborating and implementing proactive initiatives whilst also hearing how we continue to impact worker lives every day in the treatment room. I love that in my role I can see the impact we’re having.

How do you stay healthy?

I stay both physically and mentally healthy by walking regularly and hiking in nature. I also love running but I’ll be honest, I’m not as consistent with this as I’d like to be, does running after my three kids count? In my downtime, I love to be near the ocean, listen to podcasts, read a book or escape into a good action movie.
