We’d love to meet you!
Join the Work Healthy Australia team and become an integral part of a leading workplace injury prevention, treatment and management company.
Working at Work Healthy Australia
We are an innovative, fast growing business, with headquarters located in Gisborne, Victoria. We work with leading businesses all over Australia to provide workplace injury prevention and management solutions.
We work onsite at companies with workers in manual and labour-intensive roles (think factories and processing plants) to look after their injured employees. Our aim is to help employees stay healthy, safe and injury free at work.
We offer comprehensive, ongoing training and clinical skills mentoring. We use a vast range of modalities including several soft tissue techniques, dry needling, and rehabilitation protocols.
As a Work Healthy Australia Workplace Health Provider you can enjoy:
- A competitive salary
- Laptop, phone and work vehicle and all required equipment
- AHPRA registration
- A generous training allowance
- Variation in your role, working with some of Australia’s leading businesses
- Access to a full time training manager to coach you in your professional development
- Working with a fun and energetic team of passionate professionals
It’s nice to be exposed to all the different types of people out there, not just patients who you might normally treat in private practice. When you turn up to a site, there is a patient list ready for you of people who need care, and you are able to focus on being a healthcare provider and giving them the best care that you can.
You’ve got the hive mind at Work Healthy Australia to tap – you’ve got so much experience at your fingertips. And also all the online courses and learning modules and everything else.
At Work Healthy Australia, no idea is a bad idea. All ideas are welcome, and we are constantly looking for new technologies and concepts, and how we can build the best system for our health providers.

We have a strong focus on professional development, whether that be clinical or role specific. We encourage career development and progression – if there are opportunities for a Provider to present in a workshop or onsite at our clients, we encourage this. We also have a number of Providers who have moved their focus out of the treatment room and into more office-based leadership roles.
