I enjoy getting people back to what they love doing. Whether that be work, exercise or hobbies I find joy in helping people achieve their health goals. Also, each patient is different which creates unique opportunities for me to learn from.

I participate in a range of sport. This includes basketball, soccer, running and trying to fit in the occasional gym session where I can. I also eat a variety of food but this is more of a guilty pleasure than a way to stay healthy!
