Meet a Provider

Kristina Kelly, Victoria

What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy interacting with people and helping them get back to doing what they love, whether that be with hands on treatment, advice or exercises/stretching prescription. I also like travelling through regional Victoria and being able to visit different types of workplaces each day.

What is the most common piece of advice you give to your patients?

Keep moving! Take time everyday to stretch or move your body. This is important regardless of the type of work that you do throughout the day. It won’t take long to become part of your daily routine and you will feel so much better for it.

What would you say to someone who is unsure about whether they should come and see you for treatment or advice?

You will always benefit from making an appointment. This may be from receiving hands-on treatment, advice or even reassurance that your aches and pains are manageable with a range of techniques and recommendations.

When you aren’t onsite, what are you doing?

When I’m not onsite I am usually spending time creating rehabilitation or stretching programs for patients, researching injury management strategies or completing a range of different projects.
