Improvements to the
online appointment scheduler
Book appointments for new patients, ergonomic assessments, pre-employment screens, task analysis, stakeholder meetings, training sessions and more. For easier time management, Patient Appointment types also include a timeframe in the description.Â
When adding appointments, use the “Save and Next” function. The appointment window will remain open, and will default to the next available appointment time in the calendar.
To ensure your service runs smoothly, we can also enable supervisor notifications (email & SMS) to let them know when a worker has an appointment. Reminders are sent at 5.00pm the day before treatment.
Run an Appointment Report to share with your team or track service utilisation. You can also generate appointment slips that can be printed and given to your employees to remind them of their appointment date and time.
A new Help page is now live to assist users with learning how to use the scheduler. This is accessible via the menu bar, and will be updated as we continue to make improvements and add new features.
An online feedback form is now available in the Profile menu. All enquiries will be sent directly to our Operations team. You can also use this form to request Scheduler access for a new user.
The new Notifications feature will be launching soon. Notifications will appear in the menu bar at the top of the page when you log in to the Appointment Scheduler to alert you to any recent updates or system improvements.
If you’re not currently using the Online Appointment Scheduler and would like to set up a demonstration or trial of the system, please contact our Operations team on 1300 734 643 or email us at helpingyou@workhealthyaus.com.au. Or you can fill in our Contact Us form using the link below.
