The partnership combines Work Healthy Australia’s deep clinical and industry expertise with Longitude6’s technology capability to deliver richer insights, earlier identification of workplace risk, and more informed decision-making for organisations.
Through the partnership, Nexus6, the technology program developed by Longitude6, will provide Work Healthy Australia with access to advanced AI risk analysis, wearable sensor technology, and AI functional analysis technologies. These solutions will strengthen Work Healthy Australia’s service capability across task analysis, injury risk assessment, and pre-employment screening by delivering objective, data-driven insights that support safer job design, improved ergonomics, and more effective injury-prevention outcomes.
The partnership also enables virtual pre-employment screening for organisations recruiting offsite or across multiple locations, supporting faster and safer hiring decisions without compromising clinical rigour or assessment integrity.
With Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) accounting for 57% of serious workers’ compensation claims in Australia,¹ it’s pivotal to see the early signs of workplace risk before injuries happen.
“By integrating our clinical model with the latest technology, we’re taking injury prevention to new heights and giving WHS and HR leaders clearer visibility of risk and stronger evidence to support prevention initiatives,” said Lisa Barnes, CEO of Work Healthy Australia.
Mark Heaysman, CEO of Longitude6, added:
“Work Healthy Australia has assessed a range of technologies to support its objective of providing innovative and comprehensive analysis capability for its clients. I’m extremely proud and excited that Work Healthy Australia has partnered with the Longitude6 Nexus6 program to deliver these technologies and help organisations build safer, higher-performing workplaces.”
This new partnership reinforces Work Healthy Australia’s commitment to helping organisations across Australia reduce injuries and build safer and healthier workplaces that perform at their best.
