About the Competition
Work Healthy Australia is conducting a prize draw for participants in the Research Activity that is part of the research project named Investigating the Effectiveness of Work Hardening Programs in Relation to Workplace Pain and Injury.
Who can enter?
The prize draw is open to those who meet the eligibility criteria and have agreed to participate in the Research Activity (answering questionnaires)
How can you enter?
By submitting a questionnaire response, each participant is deemed to have entered the Prize Draw
What are the important dates?
Entries opened on the 13th May 2024, and will remain open until Work Healthy Australia reaches its target for data collection. The first entrant winner will be drawn 12 weeks after entries opened, and will continue to be drawn every 12 weeks until 12 weeks after the last entrant is recorded.

Notification
Work Healthy Australia will use reasonable efforts to notify the potential prize winner by no later than two weeks after the prize draw date. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or refuses the prize, it will be offered to the entrant of the next randomly drawn entry from the remaining entries.
Prize requirements
The entrant of the first entry drawn randomly will be the potential prize winner of the virtual $50 gift voucher. The prize is not transferable, refundable, exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
In the event a prize is not successfully claimed, a second chance draw will occur within twenty-five (25) days of the expiry of the claim period. In the event the second draw prize is not successfully claimed, the prize will not be awarded.
