With more than 20 years of experience in workers compensation and a first-hand understanding of the devastation caused by workplace injury, Tennille has dedicated her career to promoting, supporting and managing a culture of health, safety and wellbeing across diverse workforces.

She is passionate about people and driven by the mission to ensure every worker goes home safely.

Her on-the-ground expertise spans safety technology, injury prevention, workers compensation, return-to-work and injury management, occupational health and safety, and employee wellbeing – including psychological health.

Outside of work, Tennille enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Gigi. A keen nature lover, she makes the most of opportunities to go hiking and camping whenever possible.
