WITHDRAWALS

If you are unable to attend the training course, you must provide Work Healthy Australia with at least 7 days notice. Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the training date will incur a 10% withdrawal administration fee. Cancellations made with fewer than 7 days notice will incur a 50% withdrawal administration fee. The balance of the course fee will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation.

TRANSFERS

If you are unable to attend the training course but would like to transfer your course enrolment to a colleague, Work Healthy Australia must be notified 7 or more days prior to the training date. There is no additional charge to transfer your registration to another person.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS OR ALTERATIONS

Work Healthy Australia reserve the right to cancel any scheduled training course. Course registrants will be given 48 hours notice, and fees will be fully refunded within 14 days of notification.

Every effort will be made to ensure course information is correct at the time of publication. Work Healthy Australia reserve the right to change or postpone courses, alter schedules or dates, locations and instructors due to unforeseen circumstances.

YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY (OFF-SITE TRAINING COURSES)

By registering for an off-site* training course with Work Healthy Australia, you authorise us to seek medical, hospital or ambulance services on your behalf should you experience a personal emergency, sudden illness or accident, should it be necessary to do so. You agree that you may be solely responsible for any expenses associated with these services.

*An off-site training course is defined as a course taking place at a venue other than an attendee’s regular workplace.
