Relevant experience:

Prior to joining Work Health Australia, Tess worked in private practice in Melbourne. She has extensive clinical experience in workplace injury management across various sectors, including office, building maintenance, process workers, and the meat industry. Tess also has professional interests in occupational injury management and treatment, functional rehabilitation, and nutritional medicine.

Bio

Tess works with our clients to share her unique skill set in Active Release Technique (ART), Selective Functional Movement Assessments, rehabilitation, dry needling and electro acupuncture, the McKenzie Technique for disc injuries, Kinesio taping, and the Fascial Abrasion Tool (FAT) Technique.
