Prior to joining Work Healthy Australia, Liz worked in multiplue private practices across Sydney and was also a Pilates teacher.
As a teenager, Liz was a national level Rhythmic Gymnast which sparked her interest in the human body and health. Liz completed a bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at The University of Sydney before completing her Masters in Chiropractic at Macquarie University.
